Privacy Policy

1. Who processes your data

The personal data operator is EzguPro LLC, Republic of Uzbekistan, taxpayer ID (INN) 313189635. Registered address: 186/188 Bogiboston Street, Meros MFY, Yakkasaray District, Tashkent 100121, Republic of Uzbekistan. Contact details are at the end of this page.

EzguBozor searches catalogues that shops have published themselves. We don’t sell products, accept payments or deliver orders: you buy directly from the seller.

2. What data we receive

Search queries

The query text, language, the filters you choose and a random search session ID. A query is not linked to your name or phone number. Please don’t include personal details in it; search doesn’t need them.

Voice input

On the website and in the apps, speech is recognised by your browser or phone system (for example, Google or Apple) under their own terms. We receive only the resulting text, never the audio. A voice message sent to the Telegram bot reaches us from Telegram, and we convert it to text to run the search.

Technical data

IP address, browser and device type, page address, referrer and request time. These are written to server logs on every request to the site.

Visits to sellers

When you open a shop’s Telegram, Instagram, website or phone number, we record the shop, product, contact channel and time.

Telegram

If you message @ezgubozorbot or open EzguBozor inside Telegram, Telegram sends us your numeric user ID, your name and username if set in your profile, and your app language.

Notifications

If you turn on new arrivals notifications, we receive a delivery token and the app language.

3. What is stored on your device

The website and app keep the following in browser or app storage:

• your language choice;
• the search session ID, for 24 hours;
• saved products, until you remove them;
• copies of pages and images so EzguBozor opens offline;
• Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics cookies with a random browser ID, for visit statistics.

Of these, only the session ID reaches us, together with your query. Analytics cookies are read by Yandex and Google; we see only aggregate reports. You can delete everything by clearing site data in your browser settings or app data in your phone settings. We don’t use advertising cookies.

4. Why we use data

• to find products and answer your query;
• to remember the conversation so you can refine the search;
• to show shops aggregate statistics on views and visits, with no data about individual people;
• to count visits and see which features are useful, from aggregate statistics;
• to protect the service from abuse, spam and automated requests;
• to improve search using query texts, without linking them to a person;
• to send the notifications you turned on.

We don’t use data for advertising and don’t build user profiles.

5. Who receives data

Microsoft Azure

EzguBozor servers and database, and the Azure OpenAI model that writes the answer text from the products we found. Under Microsoft’s terms, query texts are not used to train models and may be kept by Microsoft for up to 30 days to detect abuse.

Cloudflare

DNS and protection of the site against attacks.

Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics

Visit statistics: which pages people open, where they come from and what they tap, such as search, opening a product or going to a seller. These services receive your IP address, browser and device type and the page address, and set their own cookies. Query texts don’t reach the reports: we strip them from page addresses. Session recording (Webvisor) and advertising features are off. Yandex and Google process this data under their own terms, including outside Uzbekistan. You can block these counters with an ad blocker or by disabling cookies in your browser.

Telegram, Google, Apple

Delivery of bot messages and notifications, if you use them.

Shops

When you follow a link to a shop, the shop sees which product you were looking at. We don’t give it your contact details. From then on, the terms of Telegram, Instagram or the shop’s website apply.

Product photos

Images load from the servers where the shop hosts them. Those servers see your IP address, as with any image on the internet.

Public authorities

Only on a request provided for by law.

We don’t sell personal data.

6. Where and how long data is kept

EzguBozor servers are located in a Microsoft Azure data centre in Sweden (Sweden Central region).

• conversation history on the server: 24 hours;
• detailed view statistics for shop pages: 14 days, after which only daily totals remain. Instead of the IP address they store a truncated keyed hash that cannot be turned back into the address;
• Telegram data and notification tokens: while you use the bot or notifications;
• Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics statistics: under those services’ terms, 14 months in Google Analytics;
• server logs and records of queries and visits: up to 30 days, after which we delete or anonymise them.

7. Your rights

By using EzguBozor, you consent to the processing described here. Under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019, you can:

• find out what data about you we process and get a copy of it;
• ask us to correct or delete it;
• withdraw your consent to processing;
• turn off notifications in your phone or browser settings, or stop the bot in Telegram.

Write to i@ezgubozor.uz. To find your data we may need your Telegram ID, or the time and text of a query. We will reply within the period set by law.

8. Children

EzguBozor is intended for users over 18. We don’t knowingly collect children’s data. If you learn that a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

9. Security

Connections to EzguBozor are encrypted (HTTPS). Databases and internal services are not reachable directly from the internet. Only staff who need server access for their work have it.

10. Changes to this policy

We publish each new version on this page and update the date at the top. We will announce significant changes in the service itself.

This policy is published in Russian, Uzbek and English. If the versions differ, the Russian version prevails.
